Beth is a staffing industry professional who started her staffing career in 1982 with her mother who owned the Albuquerque Olsten Staffing franchise through 2000. While wearing many hats within the staffing industry during her career, Beth has approached each position, each challenge, each opportunity with her natural entrepreneurial spirit.

Beth currently manages the Manpower Staffing office that supports New Mexico; focusing on Bernalillo County, Sandoval County and Valencia County partnering with New Mexico businesses staffing initiatives and New Mexico individuals seeking employment. She has a true passion for the industry knowing that employment is more than just a job. It is the catalyst to financial stability to provide for themselves and their family, provides dignity and gives someone a sense of pride and ownership to their community.

Beth is optimist about the future of Albuquerque. Good people live in New Mexico. People that have a deep love for their communities and their culture. New Mexico has so very much to offer and Beth is committed to be an active member of the community in elevating it to its full potential. Beth is honored to be on the board of AED. The mission and values of AED align perfectly with her own vision for our state.
