Randi Jones serves as the Administrative and Investor Relations Associate at AREA, in this role she serves as a vital connection between the community and AREA’s executive leadership. As well as continuing to develop and maintain investor relationships within AREA. She is deeply committed to contributing to the economic vitality of our community and look forward to leveraging her skills and experiences to support AREA’s goals of fostering sustainable growth and prosperity across Albuquerque and beyond.
Randi moved to Albuquerque from Carlsbad New Mexico in the fall of 2016 where she attended the University of New Mexico. Randi got her start in economic development as an Executive Administrative intern for the Carlsbad Department of Development during her high school career. There she learned all about the professional world and the growth and economic development of her community. Randi graduated from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. She highly values education and creativity, taking diverse classes in design and management.
Randi has over 10 years worth of experience as an executive administrative assistant with a wide range of responsibilities over events, management, marketing and sales. She enjoys wearing many hats and constantly seeking to expand her skill base. In her free time Randi enjoys reading, writing and spending time with family and friends. Randi highly values community and enjoys attending events around Albuquerque such as farmers and rail yard markets where she supports local creators and businesses.
