Johannah has an exceptional background in business administration while working with non-profit organizations. She enjoys being a part of the mission to serve New Mexico communities.

She was born and raised in the city of Albuquerque. Johannah graduated in May of 2022 from Lewis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a dual focus on Ethics and Human Resources. The resilience she faced during an unprecedented time helped her thrive on with focusing on her personal goals, to graduate and earn a position in the career field of choice to support logistics. She continues to strive in her professional development to expand her skill set and knowledge.

Johannah serves as AREA’s Executive Assistant, and provides administrative support to the President & CEO and works closely with senior level personnel. Schedule coordinating and project management assistance for high-profile executives and special events is her specialty. Wearing many hats well and successfully staying organized in a high stake’s environment is Johannah’s superpower. Being highly consciouses elevates her service focus with effectively supporting the team and AREA’s mission.

Her role requires the ability to juggle multiple requests and projects at a time, while having a strong judgment focus on relevancy and determining the level of importance of requests.

In her spare time Johannah enjoys exploring local restaurants, hiking trails, live music, long drives and spending time with friends and family.
