For over 15 years, Joe Mercadante has been placing accounting and finance talent with top employers throughout Central and Northern New Mexico.  In addition to being the Vice President/Practice Director of Robert Half’s Accounting and Finance practice group, Joe is also a multi-million-dollar producer and Presidents Club award recipient.  Joe has acquired experience in all facets of Hiring, Recruitment, Compensation and Business Development, including roles as Site Employment Manager with a Fortune 500 manufacturer; Senior Career Consultant with a consulting firm and Practice Director with Robert Half.

    Misty Sanders, SHRM-SCP, Director of HR, French Funerals & Cremations

    ​Misty Sanders, Director of Human Resources for French Funerals-Cremations, moved to New Mexico from North Idaho in 2011 and happily now calls this home. She began her career in Human Resources in 2007 and joined French in 2018. She plays an integral part of supporting the ladies and gentleman that care for the families in our community who are experiencing a loss. Through her 15 years in Human Resources, she has honed her skills in recruiting, on-boarding, performance appraisals, employee engagement, coaching & counseling, benefits and strategic planning to help support operations during a time of constant change. Misty’s positive energy and passion for human resources has led her to be part of a company that is both built on a strong, ethical and community focused framework and a continuous, forward-thinking mind. In her role, she gets to bring a different insight to a company that has 114 years of history to support current employees but also be ready to welcome the next generation of professionals dedicated to making an impact on families in our community.
