Focusing on new innovation industries and utilizing data from the strategic plan, this council will work to identify top potential firms for attraction and growth for the market, and also in addressing obstacles such as venture capital investment in the market while leveraging UNM Anderson partnerships.

The team provides advanced analytics to support efforts in healthcare, community safety, infrastructure resilience, security and cybersecurity, and disaster preparedness.

Prior to starting RS21, Charles led the Resilient Cities Program at Sandia National Laboratories. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from American University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor’s from the University of Missouri.
