Cesar Rodriguez leads the Albuquerque TempurSealy manufacturing operation with responsibilities for the West Coast, Canada and Mexico. Over the last 5 years he has drove the expansion and growth of the Albuquerque facility the largest polyurethane foam mattress operation in the US.
Before joining TempurSealy he worked in the Automotive manufacturing sector for 12 years leading plant operations, distribution, quality, continuous Improvement and was instrumental on the manufacturing expansion in the US and China.
Cesar holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
