As you may know, a large group of downtown commercial property owners, with essential support from AREA, non-profits, and other supporters, are working to form a Downtown Business Improvement District. The BID will be run by property owners to make Downtown Albuquerque a vibrant, safe, fun, clean part of Albuquerque which will be attractive to visitors, residents, and businesses.

We would like to invite you to join us for a casual conversation and update on this group’s progress, and to hear your thoughts. Progressive Urban Management Associates, a highly experienced technical consultant assisting the group in these discussions, will provide information and insights.
