January 29, 2025 – The Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SVN Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc., a commercial real estate company serving New Mexico since 1987. The company is a dynamic commercial real estate firm that brings decades of experience and community trust to all of its transactions.
This newest partner now brings the total commercial brokerage Memorandum of Understanding partners with AREA to a total of seven, with other partners being: Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group, CBRE, Colliers, Johnson Commercial Real Estate, NAI SunVista, and the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico. All brokerage partners are listed on AREA’s website at www.abq.org/crepartners.
The purpose of the MOU, initiated by AREA, is to clarify the collaborative roles played by each party in attracting firms to the Albuquerque region. AREA will provide support to SVN Walt Arnold and its other MOU partners that includes research, data, public relations support, and identifying local incentives. SVN Walt Arnold will leverage AREA’s expertise and resources to increase visibility of the region and increase opportunities for economic growth and investment. Each organization will also look for ways to collaborate on cross-promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase the economic profile of the region.
