Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA) and NAI SunVista Execute a Memorandum of Understanding for Regional Partnership

(ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.) – The Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NAI SunVista, a full-service commercial real estate company serving New Mexico since 1996. The company is a dynamic commercial real estate firm offering best-in-class real estate services in brokerage, property management, asset management, business brokerage and development services.

The purpose of the MOU, initiated by AREA, is to clarify the collaborative roles played by each party in attracting firms to the Albuquerque region. Joining the economic expertise of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance with the real estate and investment expertise of NAI SunVista increases the visibility of the region and provides greater resources for investors exploring opportunities in greater Albuquerque and New Mexico.
