Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA), formerly known as Albuquerque Economic Development Inc., embraced the critical need for developing a strategy not only to drive recovery in the region, but to ensure that it does not again find itself left behind as it was following the Great Recession. The time is now for the Albuquerque region to align in a unified and inclusive vision for its future and realize its potential for the benefit of all members of the community.
