State Investment Council Approves $20 million for Venture Capital

The New Mexico State Investment Council (SIC) has approved $20 million in new funding for venture capital investments. The addition will increase the New Mexico Co-Investment fund from $90 million to $110 million. Sun Mountain Capital manages the fund, which is intended to grow startup businesses. The SIC will consider making new investments in early 2013. Read more.
